Screening a block is free, signed out, and always will be — it is how anybody finds this. What accrues is the rest: work you keep, blocks you track, and being told when one of them moves without having to come and look.

Nothing is for sale.
The table above is the whole of what exists today, and all of it is free. Two things are being built and are not finished: an email when a block you are watching moves — a DA lodged, a decision handed down, a sale recorded — and a monthly summary of the districts you follow.
If one of those is the reason you would pay, say which — that is the thing genuinely worth knowing, and it decides what gets finished first.
